Evgeniy P., known as the Cryptoprince, has disclosed information about a highly private offering. The company up for sale is TigSiPay, a shell company with a full European license to operate as an electronic money institution (EMI) .

The founder and primary owner, through the Estonian company Broxburn Capital OU, is British citizen Alexander Bain. He is known privately by the colorful nickname "Shaman."

joined its board As soon as TigSiPay received a license from the Bank of Latvia, Vilnis Jēkabsons . For 18 years (until August 2021), he headed the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs (OPMA). In November 2025, Jēkabsons formalized his status by receiving a 15% stake in the company, valued at EUR 165,000.

License No. 27-55/2024/3, issued by the Bank of Latvia, allows TigSiPay to issue electronic money, open current accounts, and process transit payments throughout the EU. Now, however, this license is being offered as a "naked" company, bypassing standard procedures.
